Randstad Federal is looking for a Scrum Master / Team Coach in support of a federal program at IRS

location: BETHESDA, Maryland
job type: Contract
salary: $70 - 80 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:
Looking for an experienced Agile Coach to participate in an agile transformation for a major government program. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience as a servant leader who has coached multiple teams and multiple programs. The coach will be responsible for identifying and launching teams/ARTs, facilitating program/ART ceremonies, coaching all levels of the program, driving collaboration and alignment between teams and objectives, and relentlessly driving continuous improvement.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

- 3+ years agile experience (Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)

- 1+ years project/program management experience

- 1+ years software development/ information technology experience

Nice to have skills:

- 3+ years federal government experience

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
