Veloz is seeking a skilled and versatile .NET and Python developer to join our Agile Scrum development team. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain various applications using .NET and Python within the Azure DevOps ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using .NET and Python
- Work with Microsoft development projects and technologies in an Azure DevOps environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write efficient and optimized code to ensure optimal application performance and scalability
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to identify and resolve defects
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to maintain application stability and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET and Python technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- U.S. Citizenship is required and must pass a background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; additional experience may be considered in place of degree
- Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and Python development
- Experience with .NET frameworks ((link unavailable), MVC, Web API) and Python frameworks (Django, Flask)
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Government contracts
