Purpose of the Role Commercial Finance Manager partners with Diageo commercial team and functions as well as distributor team to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights and to own the delivery of financial targets within an effective control environment. Top Accountabilities Deliver robust business performance management process to ensure delivery of all relevant financial metrics. Deliver a robust governance and control environment and an effective risk management agenda Provide support in formulating business strategy and converting strategies into operating plans with recommended prioritization. Identify all critical business opportunities, risks and initiatives and provide standard process financial analysis and insights to support decision making. Find opportunities to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities.
