Senior Global Benefits Program Manager

We're looking for a savvy benefits program manager who will combine strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to deliver an outstanding benefits program. This is completed through interaction, understanding, review and recommendation or process and program improvements that will better prepare us for scale and growth.
What you’ll do:
Leads the rollout of benefits programs and strategy including health & welfare, retirement plans , paid time off, disability plans and leave management ensuring our plans and programs align with what we value and will help to attract, engage and retain top talent for the organization.
Promotes global benefit programs such as EAP, wellness programs, and benefit communication strategy and content across all countries.
Participates in the development of the benefits strategy and vision for multiple products, and builds agreement and alignment for the program vision/roadmap with relevant partners by understanding industry trends and relevant benchmarks
Acts as the benefits subject matter authority to craft and deploy competitive benefits globally.
Maintain in depth understanding of global benefits landscape and provide expertise in both technical aspects of benefit plan administration and market trends.
Owns benefit communication tools (wiki, FAQs, onboarding presentations), process and policies
Coordinates annual renewal benefit plan changes while maintaining compliance with all applicable country, state/territory and other regulations.
Front-line support of day-to-day benefits administration for our medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, COBRA, and leave of absence programs
Lead daily activities around troubleshooting data, file failures, employee questions via Slack and email, and general issue resolution
Maintains compliance and improves operational excellence and efficiency in all global regions through process documentation, controls and strong vendor management
Lead all aspects of US benefits onboarding for new hires, terminations, and qualified events by working with carriers, HRIS and employees
Maintain employee benefit records with accuracy and confidentiality
Who you are: :
8+ years of deep knowledge of benefit program design, management and communications - practical experience handling benefits in multiple countries
Experienced analytical skills in understanding how to decompose problems into logical data sets and using GoogleSheets/Excel skills to model solutions
Effective verbal communication skills that include presentations, emails, documentation and facilitation
Strong problem-solving skills that are grounded in collaboration with others
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proven sense of urgency
Self-directed and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Comfort with ambiguity, ideally in a startup environment
Knowledge of general HR processes, compliance, and integrated payroll processes
Workday System Experience
CEBS or CCP certification a strong plus

Leave of absence experience

$127,000

$158,000 USD
