Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and support our business objectives across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, including Go-To-Market strategies, to support business growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead content creation efforts to produce engaging, high-quality materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize HUB SPOT for marketing automation, customer relationship management, and data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, overseeing a follower and subscriber base of over 70,000.

Qualifications:

  • HUB SPOT Certified
  • Proven content creation skills with a strong portfolio of work
  • Expertise in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, facility services, civil engineering, construction, or software industries
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional understanding of all social media platforms and strategies for managing a large follower and subscriber base
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
