Eide Chrysler currently has an opening for a Receptionist. This is a full-time position that qualifies for benefits. The candidate will spend each day in Reception. The hours we are looking to fill are 8-5 Monday-Friday and every other Saturday, 9-5. Some job responsibilities are listed below:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer dealership group phones.
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson.
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and service team.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents, assist in other administrative duties
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.

  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
