Someone that manage administrative tasks associated with compliance-related recordkeeping, purchasing, customer management, and quality assurance. This is a dual role supporting the Quality Assurance and Executive teams. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Onsite/Full time position $20-$23/hr DOE Performance to hire opportunity Responsibilities: Maintaining document organization and ensuring document storage compliant with Food and Drug Administration regulations Retrieving documents for authorized personnel during inspections, audits, and internal investigations. Drafting and communicating reports associated with documents and records Support purchase requests and purchase coordination for all departments required-skills: 2+ years' prove work experience as an administrative assistant, document control role Advanced use of MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel High organizational skills needed to manage both hardcopy and electronic records Attention to detail Excellent communication and ability to prioritize tasks according to direct manager and company priorities Familiarity with project management or coordination Familiarity with food or supplement manufacturing Spanish language proficiency required-experience: 2+ years
