Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to management and team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, submitting and managing expense reporting, submitting and managing of IT requests, managing office supplies and equipment as well as other administrative duties as necessary
- Provides support in presentation creation and social media content calendar management.
- Provides assistance and support for customer visits or arranging for group meeting locations, meals, entertainment, and marketing materials.
- Supports meetings and trade shows by assisting in identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
- Under the guidance of management, makes travel arrangements and schedules meetings as necessary
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, events, conventions and workshops
- Tracks and inventories marketing samples, prototypes and products
- Provide a first contact for the department (email, phone, fax) and routes appropriately in a timely manner.
- Participates as part of an administrative group in maintaining an orderly work environment, including upkeep of marketing inventory.
- 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role or an Administrative role supporting and working closely with a marketing team
- Experience and basic competency of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Coordinator or Administrative Assistance experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
