Position Description: Dominion National, a rapidly growing and leading provider of dental and vision benefits has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator supports the development, production and distribution of marketing outreach through multiple media channels, maintains company websites and provides overall support on various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities and Qualifications: Essential functions include but are not limited to: Creating visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, webpage banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials. Supporting the development, production and distribution of plan documents, enrollment kits, presentations, and surveys for targeted distribution channels. Updating website content, images, and create landing pages as needed. Managing email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Scheduling and manage social media posts. Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines. Assisting with research, development, and maintenance of content for all corporate communications, including press releases, social media, newsletters, marketing flyers, member correspondences and speaking engagements. Supporting client outreach and advertising campaigns. Coordinating print projects, provider mailings, stationery, business cards, and promotional items. Liaising with vendors, obtain quotes, and oversee production timelines. Ensure timely delivery and quality control. Maintaining inventory of promotional items (e.g., branded merchandise, giveaways). Processing orders, track stock levels, and get quotes to replenish as needed. Providing support for events and conferences by developing compelling marketing material and coordinating the delivery of display booth items and giveaways. Day-to-day oversight of digital asset management. Assisting with market, industry, and competitive analyses. Contributing creative ideas to various marketing initiatives. Performing other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for the ideal candidate include: A Bachelors degree in English, journalism, marketing or a related field. 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a concentration on content creation, multimedia design, and email/SMS marketing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, including time management and high attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a fast?paced environment. Ability to collaborate on creative ideas and concepts as well as implement them through content. Proficiency in MS Office required. Proficiency in Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Hootsuite and website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is preferred. Dental benefits/insurance industry experience a plus.
