As a Call Center Trainer II, in this role you will conduct training classes for employees on the features and operation of mid to high complexity and/or several lines of products/technology, client tools or processes, including basic soft skills. - Work Schedule: will vary from (Monday-Friday) from 7:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, based on business needs.

- Prepare, coordinate, and lead training sessions.
- Manages learners, including providing guidance in policy and procedural application.
- Conducts and participates in train-the-trainer sessions as necessary and required.
- Contributes to development of end-user course materials, including computer-based training class scripts.
- Contributes to training documentation.
- Engages in training evaluation methods to assess comprehension of training material.
- Provides support during the development and delivery of training programs for technical, skills, management, and staff development training.
- Works closely with all operational areas to help ensure that tools and curricula are in place to train new employees.
- Provides corrective action training and refresher training for existing employees.
- Works with subject matter experts to validate training content is current and complete.
- Coordinates and prepares training resources and materials.
- Collects data and compiles reports, as necessary.
- Gathers and applies participant feedback.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a year experience as a Trainer/Classroom Instructor
- Must have an associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience considered in lieu of degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background, credit check and security fingerprint.
