CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, client-focused individual to work at a fast-paced, high volume law firm. Our Client Services Specialist supports our intake process by opening and updating client files within our case management system. They are a critical part of our Client Services team: responding to clients' inquiries intelligently and thoughtfully; and establishing a welcoming, professional relationship with the firm. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, an aptitude for new systems and problem solving, and a superb attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role based in our San Diego, CA office.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$25.00-$27.00/hour
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
Singleton Schreiber, LLP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including employer paid health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family, childcare reimbursement, home office stipends, transportation reimbursement program, paid parental leave, and a 401k with employer contribution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening and updating digital client files using our case management system.
Drafting and processing attorney-client fee agreements.
Ensuring large amounts of data are entered timely and accurately in the appropriate systems.
Keeping track and following up with pending client inquiries in a timely manner with top tier customer service.
Updating logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of all new clients.
Assisting attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases.
Following instructions from supervising attorneys and adjusting to changing priorities.
Running conflict checks.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be detail oriented, organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in case management software programs, preferably FileVine, CaseManagerPro or Smart Advocate preferred
Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including: Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint
