Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our customers by ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will be the key point of contact for your assigned accounts, handling everything from sales order entry to tracking contract fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Entry: Accurately enter and manage sales orders in our system.
Order Tracking: Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders.
Inventory Management: Ensure that inventory levels meet customer needs and forecasted demand.
Quality Claims: Manage any quality-related issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
Customer Contract Review and Expertise: Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure compliance and fulfillment.
Tracking of Contract Fulfillment and Pricing Data: Maintain accurate records of contract fulfillment and pricing agreements.
Ownership of Accounts: Take full responsibility for managing your accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Preferred Skills:

Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting customer needs and providing an excellent customer experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel: Ability to use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Strong Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to Multitask: Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is a plus
