Deere & Company is seeking a Engineer Product I - Robotics (CA) in Austin, TX with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field plus 3 months related experience. Required skills: Wrangle and analyze agronomical datasets to draw conclusions and develop prediction models (3 months); Use and understand vehicle CAN (Controller Area Network) messages to generate datasets for future product development and analysis (any amount of experience); Product development experience with a defined delivery schedule, engineering deliverables, and quality metrics in a collaborative R&D environment (3 months); Analyze planting specific datasets while considering agronomical outcomes to conduct research on corn and soybean emergence and geo-location (any amount of experience); Up to 20% domestic travel required. Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Up to 30% remote work allowed.
