Position Summary : We are looking for a Social Channels Manager to join the Marketing department on our Ko team to grow followers, engage and retain people, and help convert people to leads, customers, and active enthusiasts/promoters of Ko. We are seeking a creative, performance-driven, collaborative, kind, and authentic individual who has knowledge of the best practices and trends in social marketing and understands how to cultivate and convert a digital audience. Previous experience in managing social channels, creating content, and implementing engagement strategies is required. Key Responsibilities : Manage all social channel account operations and communications (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, WordPress, Constant Contact) Create a roadmap for how our brand, products, and services are activated across all social channels, which includes developing and leading a robust social channels content calendar and strategy Use and create templates and design guidelines to build impactful and authentic social-first campaigns in service of brand and business goals across all social channels Produce well-researched content and edit current content for publication on our website Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to maximize the online visibility of our website in search results Manage and control the end-to-end email production, including the creation, development, testing, and execution of email campaigns for targeted email communications Direct, shoot, and edit photography and videography for all social channels Create and traffic ads using Facebook and Instagram ad buying interface Launch, grow, and scale an influencer and/or brand ambassador program Collaborate with supporting teams to activate strong multi-channel integrated marketing programs Become the expert in resident for social media innovations and trends, offering recommendations for extensions into new channels Manage marketing budgets cross-collaboratively with the finance department to ensure targeted goals are reached and performance is maximized Develop social channel growth plans to achieve departmental and company key promises Use and create analytics dashboards to continuously monitor the impact of each social channel account on brand and demand generation Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements : 3+ years of proven experience managing social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter), targeting both B2B and B2C audiences 1+ years of proven experience creating paid digital ads for Facebook and Instagram 1+ years of proven experience in photography, videography, and design A digital marketing portfolio of produced social channels manager work Qualification and Skills : Located in Austin, TX In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective uses Analytical understanding, experience with data insights, and a working knowledge of social data tools A strong storyteller able to write in short form content Graphic design abilities Excellent editorial judgement and writing skills Extremely detail-oriented and organized Highly collaborative Ability to work independently and thrive Creative, innovative, kind, and authentic A passion to cultivate Koherence Salary plus stock options Growth opportunities throughout the company A collaborative and fun work environment A company that cares about your happiness and health
