The EB2B Digital Shelf Content Manager is responsible for optimizing and managing product content across digital platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and discoverability across our top 7 national foodservice distributors. This role plays a critical part in driving online visibility, conversion, and customer engagement for enterprise-level B2B clients. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution Develop and implement digital shelf content strategies tailored to EB2B platforms. Ensure product content imagery & attributes (titles, descriptions, images, specs) meets brand and channel standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to gather and validate content. Work with preferred agency vendor to generate image & copy content. This includes collecting input files, briefing the agencies and reviewing/approving assets. Platform & Tool Management Managing several workstreams across tech stack platform integrations, content creation, program timelines, and seamless/automated flows of product data and content. Consolidate and publish digital shelf content using Salsify, Syndigo and other syndication platforms Manage & maintain accurate/up-to-date content across EB2B platforms such as distributor portals, e-commerce sites, and internal tools Integrate and connect our PIM (Product Information Management) systems for ~1,500 products. Process Development Create and implement processes for automated content creation, approval, and maintenance. Establish workflows for image acquisition, validation, and upload to distributor sites. Create RACI defining who owns data creation, image design, maintenance, publication, and connection testing. Build & outline master Distributor Requirements Library that standardizes specifications, requirements, syndication capabilities, mapping/templates across all top 7 distributors. Build the roadmaps and timelines of how the priorities & workstreams will be accomplished from creation to integration to publishing. Data Management & Analysis Audit distributor product lists for missing images, inactive SKUs, and new product updates. Perform data cleanup and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. Build the business case to show value on cost avoidance/fines. This includes fees on not being digitally ready and providing digital promotion using industry specifics. Implement quarterly scorecard reviews; set threshold alerts and reports for missing, outdated, or failed publications. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: o Distributor Teams o FSOP o Graphics & Packaging o MyCoke Marketing Leads Coordinate with external agencies to collect correct inputs and manage bandwidth challenges. Quality Assurance Fill the current image gaps across the distributors Ensure all images meet distributor standards and are uploaded correctly. Troubleshoot manual upload issues and streamline processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital content management in a B2B environment Strong understanding of EB2B platforms and digital shelf dynamics. Distributor experience (eCommerce experience would be a plus) Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Syndication, PIM tools, and analytics platforms. Ability to manage large product catalogs in an enterprise company Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional work. Detail-oriented with a passion for digital innovation and customer experience.
