The Big Picture
Edible Brands is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and digitally fluent Digital Program Manager to support the fast-paced execution of projects across our Digital Business Unit. This role will act as the operational right hand to the Chief Digital Officer — driving alignment, tracking progress, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is part Chief of Staff, part Project Manager, and part Executive Assistant — with exceptional organizational skills, digital savvy, and an ability to bring clarity and structure to a dynamic, multi-brand, multi-project environment.
Location: This position will be onsite at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA with opportunities to work remotely on Fridays.
What that looks like day to day:
- Act as the central coordination point for all initiatives across the Digital Business Unit at Edible Brands
- Support the Chief Digital Officer and digital leadership in planning, prioritization, and execution of key strategic projects.
- Prepare and facilitate Digital leadership meetings — including agendas, notes, action items, and progress tracking.
- Maintain a single source of truth for project status, risks, and dependencies across all Digital functions.
- Identify and help resolve executional bottlenecks; ensure alignment across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations.
- Draft and distribute clear, executive-ready communications and updates on Digital initiatives.
- Follow up with stakeholders to confirm completion of action items and maintain accountability.
- Enhance digital processes, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support the Chief Digital Officer and other key digital leaders with strategic planning, executive presentations, and business reviews.
- Manage system implementation partners and collaborate with third party's stakeholders to deliver key initiatives
- Develop Program management KPIs and measure values for recommendations
- Collaborate with technology program and project managers and establish standard PMO process methodologies
What You Bring (Experience, Knowledge & Skills):
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, account management, project management, or strategic coordination roles.
- Strong background in digital marketing, eCommerce, or agency operations; able to keep up with technical conversations.
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex discussions into clear actions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like , Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management systems.
- Highly collaborative, diplomatic, and able to influence without authority.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.

- Collaborative partner, working seamlessly with senior leaders and peers to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Process builder, continuously improving systems, documentation, and workflows to increase team efficiency and scalability.
