Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Administrative support for new hire onboarding
  • Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination (coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees, exit interviews)
  • Administrative coordinator of key HR documentations and signatures
  • Ensuring compliance of all HR-related documentation with employment and labor laws
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, company social events
  • Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Handle confidential & non-routine information with ease and discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of data presentation related to HR metrics and performance data
  • May perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated Able to work independently or part of a team; prior experience collaborating with international team members desirable.
