Digital Filmmaking Intern

Location: Monroe Plan for Medical Care is based out of Rochester NY; your internship would be a virtual position working with a WNY team member. May require trips to their corporate headquarters and local communities for content creation purposes.

Grade 205: This is a paid Summer Internship (130 hours), working from home.
The hourly rate that Monroe Plan believes in good faith to be accurate for this position at the time of this posting is $15.00/hr. INTERNSHIP SUMMARY
Position: Digital Filmmaking Intern
Duration: Summer Internship (130 hours)
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Film-making Intern for a summer internship. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of digital film-making, including pre-production, production, and post-production. The selected intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members and gain valuable insights into the digital film-making industry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to digital film-making, film production, media studies, or a related field.
- Strong passion for digital film-making and storytelling, with a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in the field.
- Basic knowledge of digital film-making equipment, software, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Must be able to commit to the duration of the internship and fulfill the required hours.
- Hands-on experience in various aspects of digital film-making, from pre-production to post-production.
