Join us as an Operations Program Management Office (PMO) Engineering Intern and collaborate with our Operations team on PROCEPT's core initiatives. Your mission? To support the Operations PMO team in accomplishing various technical and business process projects. This is not just an internship-it's an opportunity to make a tangible impact.

As an Operations PMO Engineering Intern, you'll tackle a diverse range of tasks. From assisting the operations team with projects to creating and editing technical documentation, you'll be at the heart of our strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions, author and release documents, attend core team meetings, and contribute to the evolution of our Operations PMO organization.

We need someone proactive, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the complexities of technical and business processes in the Operations PMO. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

    • Assist the operations team with resolving issues and improving processes.
    • Generate comprehensive reports and documentation for key operational projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing and new projects.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations through innovative solutions.
    • Attend and actively participate in project meetings.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
    • Previous internship or work experience in engineering.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
    • Understanding of process improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management).


$30 - $36.50 an hour

This is the anticipated base pay range for this role.

- You will be occasionally required to attend animal or cadaver labs and to manipulate models and/or organs for testing

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- You will occasionally be exposed to engineering labs, a machine shop, and manufacturing clean rooms. The environment is subject to moderate noise from machinery (IE machine shop equipment, the PROCEPT Aquablation unit, computer equipment, printers, etc.), for which proper hearing protection may be assigned and worn.

- You may be exposed to hazards including electrical sparking, water, and chemicals, for which proper protective equipment will be assigned and worn.

- You will occasionally/frequently be exposed to clinical operating rooms, for which proper personal protection equipment will be assigned and worn.

- While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly working in a warehouse environment.

- You will be expected to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.

- You will have to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
