Key Responsibilities:
  • Medicaid Systems: Extensive experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and Medicaid infrastructure.
  • Vendor Communication: Strong skills in liaising with vendors to ensure their cloud technologies align with project goals.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Understanding of software applications, network design, telecommunications, and IT service management methodologies.
    • Background in understanding configuring networks, though architectural or design work is not required.
    • Deep knowledge of data center and network operations.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Certifications: Highly decorated professionals with relevant certifications in cloud computing, data analysis, and/or key technologies like Snowflake and ServiceNow.
  • Health Care Projects: Experience in large-scale Medicaid or health care projects is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Vendor Adaptability: Must adapt to various vendor solutions and ensure their technologies align with current Medicaid systems.
