  • Assist with reporting and certification processes as required by CMS.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years as a Senior Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in business process modeling and management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in provider management, which is crucial for this role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MMIS or with a major healthcare payer, specifically in Medicare or Medicaid.
  • 2 years of experience managing multi-vendor projects.
  • Expertise in using Visio, MS Project, Office 365, and Webex/Teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, with 3 years in business process modeling and management.
  • 2+ years in large multi-contractor organizations, including leadership of centralized or matrixed teams.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Project and SharePoint.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
