Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various vendors and teams, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate program, project, or software artifacts produced by multiple vendors, providing feedback or approval as necessary.

  • Perform standard project management tasks, including document creation, meeting scheduling, minute-taking, report generation, and tracking of artifacts, issues, and action items.
  • Provide oversight on business requirements and ensure clarity in project objectives.
  • Familiarity with all phases of project management and software development life cycles.
  • Support various software development methodologies and configuration activities.
  • Assist with reporting and certification processes as required by CMS.
  • Maintain project documentation, communications, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or variances in project deliverables.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating requirements and project scope with users and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis as needed.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and business processes.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years as a Senior Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in business process modeling and management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in provider management, which is crucial for this role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MMIS or with a major healthcare payer, specifically in Medicare or Medicaid.
  • 2 years of experience managing multi-vendor projects.
  • Expertise in using Visio, MS Project, Office 365, and Webex/Teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, with 3 years in business process modeling and management.
  • 2+ years in large multi-contractor organizations, including leadership of centralized or matrixed teams.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Project and SharePoint.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
