The role youll contribute:

Reporting to the Manager of Guest Services, the Front Desk/Concierge engages in the activities of the front desk to ensure that optimum efficiency and customer service is provided to members; patients and guests.

The value youll bring to the team:

Welcomes and greets members in a courteous and friendly manner.

Answers incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous and customer service related manner; takes messages or directs calls as appropriate. Calls are answered based on the customer service guidelines of Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel.

Enhance experience for patients, families and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and concierge services. Represents the Hospital appropriately to all audiences in a way that reflects well on the Hospitals reputation and image.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

Equivalent of four (4) years of high school.

Customer service experience required.

Computer experience required.

Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry.
