M-F, 8-4:45 Onsite / Kansas City, MO $60-90k / Direct Hire

Our global automotive accessories company is looking to add a Sales Account Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, as well as 5 years of hands-on account management experience and be a critical thinker. This is an onsite opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Implement strategies to expand the market share Create business plans Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy Manage channel and inventory levels for optimization Work with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth Manage tasks Supports additional projects and accounts Travel for customer visits and trade shows, as needed

Requirements:

Previous sales experience in the automotive aftermarket 5+ years of sales experience working hands on with accounts is required Demonstration of intellect, resourcefulness, drive, and sales acumen High level of creative thinking Knowledge of complex customer relations and different styles of go-to-market strategies Responsibilities to learn and communicate technical information Self-motivated performer with a solid track record Excellent written and oral communication/presentation abilities Microsoft Office experience
