Title: Media Manager, Paid Ads and CRM Location: Dallas, TX (3 days a week in office) The Manager of Paid Media and CRM is responsible for execution and optimization of our paid media strategies and CRM initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition (building up 1P data and utilizing it effectively in media channels), and enhance customer retention. This role involves managing paid media campaigns across various platforms and overseeing the CRM program, interfacing with multiple internal brand manager stakeholders, finance and accounting teams, and external agency partners. Key Responsibilities: Successful end to end management and tactical execution of paid media and CRM plans Manage agency relationships to help deliver annual media marketing plan with channel mix recommendation and quarterly tactical campaigns Implement and manage a data-driven approach to paid media and owned channel strategies across CRM, leveraging analytics and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance Execute media planning, buying, KPI definition, creative fulfillment, measurement, and oversee the reporting of campaign performance Work with agency partners to develop media plans and buys that fit the business needs, across the full spectrum of paid advertising (TV, streaming, OOH, social, search, etc.), gaining buy-in from local and global stakeholders and cross-functional stakeholders Lead reporting meetings and provide insights into monthly and quarterly results; be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results Manage paid media budget and all related invoicing and authorization tasks, procedures, and steps for agency partners (i.e. DocuSign, OneBuy/Coupa, Salesforce) according to internal procurement and finance/accounting processes Oversee the CRM program (executed via Salesforce, internal teams, and external agency partners), ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation for targeted marketing efforts alongside agency partners to develop best-in-class customer relationship programs (e.g., via email or SMS) to acquire, nurture, and convert leads into loyalty Collaborate with Consumer Market Insights team (CMI) on the development of consumer journeys and audience segmentation, as well as measurement and optimization Preferred Qualifications, Education & Skills Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field is required 2-4 years of digital marketing and digital or omni-channel media experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment is required Ad agency experience preferred Experience with Salesforce is a plus Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with senior management, retailers, health care professionals, global marketing teams and market affiliates, sales teams, and other internal departments. Positive and entrepreneurial "can do" attitude Ability to interface with multiple cross-functional teams to achieve objectives Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (digital marketing, UX, and UI metrics) and generate actionable insights. Solid understanding of strategic uses of Paid & Owned Channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Partnerships, SEO, Email, Mobile, and Traditional Channels like TV or OOH
