InterVision Company is seeking a

Marketing Specialist

to specialize in events management and social media. The Market Specialist will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of event management, social media strategy, and the ability to seamlessly integrate these components into a cohesive marketing plan.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
3+ years of event management experience
1-2 years of social media experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in event management and social media marketing.
Some of the exciting work you will encounter:
Event Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, virtual and digital, and inhouse customer events.
Manage end-to-end logistics for all events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution.
Manage digital and virtual events, including hosting and all digital assets associated.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with overall marketing objectives and messaging.

Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback.
Align with all display and paid social media campaigns for consistency and campaign support.
Content Creation:

Generate compelling content for both events and social media channels for the overall promotion of objectives.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and shareable assets.

Audience Engagement:

Foster meaningful connections with the target audience through interactive social media campaigns and event experiences.
Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of social media and event initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reach and credibility.
