Develop and train skills in mixing, baking, building, decorating, and inscribing products. Assign daily production to team members and ensure its completion. Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards. Operations focused: Operate and maintain bakery equipment, manage product inventory levels, and guest orders. Skills Required: Two years of previous culinary experience, pastry experience strongly preferred. Must be able to safely utilize all bakery equipment. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs. Must have reliable transportation. Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead.
