Team MemberCompetencies/Responsibilities:
  • Wow the Customer- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salonprofessionals
  • Deliver Results- Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customerson promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process andreplenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories andperiodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and returntransactions.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service andcommunication skills
  • Retail or related experiencestrongly preferred
  • Basic reading and mathskills
  • Ability to use computerizedpoint of sale system, SAP experience preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends asavailability guidelines require
  • 18 years of age and High SchoolDiploma or equivalent GED, preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walkabout the store throughout scheduled shift


Salary Range:

From: $16.49

To: $18.49
