We are searching for a marketing manager to oversee our new store opening strategy and execution and community management. This person will be responsible for developing always-on local marketing strategies that ladder into company initiatives and create go-to-market launches for new restaurant openings. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, strong on strategy and execution, who can project manage multiple initiatives at once, and who uses results to optimize both self and team's work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Oversee marketing plans for the DMV and two mid-Atlantic markets, including community activation, media, promotions, and integrated campaigns to hit sales targets.
  • Develop, execute, and project manage new store marketing strategies across pre and post-op phases for these markets.
  • Build strong community partnerships across all regional activities.
  • Manage restaurant pre-opening and ongoing marketing budgets.
  • Handle and solve guest experience questions through email, Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews, and Yelp Reviews, as well as surface findings for applicable teams to uncover issues before they grow.
  • Conducts outreach to local organizations, schools, and businesses to schedule fundraisers, drive brand awareness, and uncover business growth opportunities.
  • Manages retail marketing signage, including digital menu board maintenance.
  • Analyzes and monitors community and new store opening KPI's.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work in regional/community marketing, integrated marketing, or brand strategy
  • Ability to oversee and perform light website updates.
  • Basic understanding of technology and ability to learn and manage systems
  • Has an eye for detail and has an elevated creative aesthetic
  • Proficiency in project and budget management
  • Proven results driving awareness and conversion
  • Creative thinker with a business-minded approach who's tuned into cultural and brand happenings and insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Based in the DMV area (Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia)
  • Travel Required: 50%
