Join a Leading Tier 1 Automotive Supplier as a Quality Manager – Must have IATF experience

Are you a passionate quality professional with experience in the recreational vehicle (ATV, golf cart) market? We're seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to spearhead our efforts in delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

Be the voice of quality: Understand customer requirements and proactively identify potential issues that could impact their lines and final products.

Collaborate with plant teams: Track customer indicators, develop corrective action plans, and ensure OEM inspections are implemented and understood.

Champion continuous improvement: Lead monthly COPQ reduction meetings, review lessons learned, and drive systemic solutions across plants.

Foster standardization and training: Keep quality employees up-to-date on WEPS, establish best practices, and audit adherence to quality standards.

Empower suppliers: Assist suppliers with problem-solving and train plant teams on effective supplier collaboration.

Safeguard compliance: Partner with Corporate Quality to ensure all plants meet legislative and regulatory requirements.

Lead system implementation: Oversee quality system deployments in new facilities and conduct internal/external audits.

Develop your team : Provide quality training, hold monthly updates, and facilitate knowledge-sharing events among quality personnel.

Ideal candidate profile :

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

8+ years of experience in quality or equivalent role

Proven track record in supplier and project management

In-depth knowledge of WPS and lean manufacturing principles

Intermediate English fluency (written and oral)

Proficiency in MS Project and common office tools

Willingness to travel internationally

Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a talent for knowledge sharing

Dependable, self-motivated individual with a strong safety record

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Basic math and computer skills
