We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR functions related to our Benefits offerings as well as our HRIS system. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR coordination, regulatory compliance, and personnel management.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Benefit offerings for organization (Work with Broker/Vendors, spearhead open enrollment, drive participation within plans).
  • Manage HRIS system inputs and processes for assigned work groups. (currently Paylocity). Participate in the end-to-end hiring process for assigned business units, may including job postings, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Participate in employee relations related areas as assigned.
  • Conduct exit interviews and compile data for management review as assigned.
  • Attend HR association meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and HR-related certification preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an HR Coordinator or higher role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, regulatory compliance, personnel policies, record-keeping, training, and benefits interpretation.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, web-based software, and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and prioritization.


Salary Description

From $50,000 Annually
