As the Account Director, you will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account scope, develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts, act as liaison between customer and business, communicating client's needs and resolving issues,and drive revenue growth in the portfolio. Account Management : Lead all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and, with the leadership team, build an account plan for client management and growth. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the lifesciences account. Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving revenue growth in the portfolio; Build a portfolio up to $3-5M and own the opportunity. Account planning and governance : Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued and price decisions. Collaboration for Innovation : Work closely with the AI leadership team offering insights into client needs and market demands to inform new products and services. Performance Monitoring : Track sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and employ strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Content Creation : Lead the development, curation, and maintenance of sales collateral, ensuring materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content compellingly communicate the product value proposition, are aligned with brand voice, and meet the evolving needs of clients and market dynamics. What do we need from you? Deep understanding of Lifesciences industry and AI solutions Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives and decision-makers. Proven ability to work independently as a high achiever, consistently meeting sales goals and contributing to business growth. Willingness to travel as needed.
