Job: Director of Human Resources
Location: Greenwood, SC
Salary: Up to $115,000
Schedule: Full-time, 100% in-office role

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies

- Implement and maintain all HIPAA Privacy laws
- Develop and maintain departmental budget
- Participate in and recommend professional development opportunities and events
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems
