Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled and approachable Human Resources Manager who is passionate about employee advocacy and making a significant impact within our organization.


As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that both employees and leaders receive the guidance they need to thrive.


Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily presence at our facilities, providing support and being accessible to both employees and leadership.
- Offer expert guidance and coaching to leaders and employees, focusing on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
- Implement site-specific HR strategies and drive cultural initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Advise leaders on the consistent application of policies and performance management procedures to uphold an ethical workplace.


Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist role.
- Experience in the manufacturing or consumer products sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software, with SAP experience being a plus.
