Right at Home is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive and lasting relationships within the local community and surrounding areas, increasing weekly care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline and gaining market share through increased brand awareness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create campains and programs, learn new things, challenge yourself personally and professionally and realize the results of your unique efforts. The core competencies for our Sales and Marketing Coordinator are: Verbal Communication, Creativity, Organization, Listening, Likeability, Trustworthiness, Tenacity, Energy, Inspirational/Influentional. Our Must-Have's:*Two (2) years' experience in sales and marketing position, preferably within the medical field*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills*Self-Starter, with proven track record of success in sales growth*Enthusiastic, energetic, upbeat individual who enjoys interactions with others, while maintaining professionalism at all times, able to multi-task and have excellent follow-through*Have desire and ability to gain knowledge and insight of Non-Medical Homecare industry and other industry partnersOther Qualifications:*High School Diploma or equivalent*Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle*Must be able to pass criminal history background check and drug screenJob Type:Full-TimeCompensation:Base Hourly Rate of $26.45, with weekly sales bonus.
