Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job 1.Works effectively within an interdisciplinary team to safely and effectively provide care to patients. 2.Ability to provide nutritional counseling to all patients on medical nutrition therapy as per scientific literature and best practices. 3.Evaluates patient comprehension and adherence to an individualized care plan by reviewing clinical and learning outcomes. 4.Communicates effectively and courteously with patients and healthcare providers and team members. 5.Be at work and be on time 6.Follows company policies, procedures and directives 7.Interacts in a positive and constructive manner 8.Prioritizes and multitasks *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
