** Omschrijving**

Als **Customer Support** bij Blue10 bouw je samen met je team verder aan het succes van Blue10. Het supportteam is verantwoordelijk voor de juiste service richting onze klanten, die dagelijks gebruik maken van onze cloud software voor het digitaal- en automatisch verwerken van facturen. Na een korte inwerkperiode, waarin je onze klanten, je collegas en natuurlijk de software leert kennen, ga je zelf aan de slag.

Kort samengevat ziet jouw functie er als volgt uit:

* Je bent, samen met je team,verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid (CSAT score) van Blue10;

* Je bent aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die vragen hebben bij het gebruik van onze software;

* Je zorgt voor de aanname, registratie en adequate opvolging van supportaanvragen;

* Je analyseert complexere vraagstukken, stelt eventueel het probleem vast en bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste afhandeling van de supportaanvraag;

* Je bewaakt de doorlooptijd van supportaanvragen, van zowel jezelf als het team.

* Je bent Open, Eigenzinnig, Praktisch en Ondernemend;

* Je denkt in mogelijkheden en oplossingen, bent klantgericht en stressbestendig;

* Je hebt je prioriteitstelling op orde, behoudt overzicht en kan goed schakelen tussen werkzaamheden

* Je hebt minimaal MBO4 werk- en denkniveau.

Administratieve processen bestaan grotendeels uit repeterende werkzaamheden en zijn daarom zeer geschikt om te automatiseren. Blue10 helpt organisaties met cloud software voor het automatiseren van deze processen, zoals de digitale verwerking van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, pakbonnen en bonnetjes. Daarmee is Blue10 de assistent van de financile administratie, waarbij gebruikers de controle en het overzicht behouden over de verschillende administratieve processen binnen de organisatie.
