This position is 100% remote but may become hybrid, so candidates must be comfortable with both setups.
Will be working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. CST

Job Description

Will be assisting the Sales team with price quotes, price calculations, and inventory updates. In this role, you will coordinate with various internal departments, ensuring a smooth process for customers who purchase products and store them in our warehouse. You will also provide daily maintenance and updates on logs, reports, and systems, while maintaining heavy email communication with our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales team with price quotes, price calculations, and inventory updates on 'Buy and Hold' offerings.
  • Coordinate steps with various internal departments throughout the Buy and Hold process.
  • Gather information from various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate issues and updates to designated sales teams or directly with the end-using customer.
  • Maintain heavy email and chatter communication with sales team members.
  • Provide daily maintenance and updates on logs, reports, and systems.
  • Process orders and perform data entry tasks.
  • Work out of a queue on each project.
  • Follow protocols and step-by-step processes in contracts and agreements to ensure pricing and billing accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in Order Entry, Customer Service, or an Operational capacity
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, or Supply Chain industry (preferred)
  • Experience quoting prices for customers/sales teams (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Work accuracy
