SimpleHR is looking for a full-time experienced HR Business Partner based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.

Responsibilities:

Serves as a subject matter expert on human resources management and administration

Provides quality customer service by responding to clients concerns and requests related to Human Resources policies and procedures

Consults and guides clients through a variety complex HR issues involving employment law, labor relations, and best practices

Generates HR requested documents including employee handbooks, job descriptions, policy developments, company forms and other related administration

Provides ongoing support towards client engagement through client visits and delivery of HR products and services

Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations

Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience & a Bachelors degree in HR, training and development, or equivalent education and experience

Solid HR knowledge in laws and regulations as well as employee relations

Aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent time management skills with the ability to produce quality and accurate work under pressure due to heavy deadlines.

Detailed oriented, self-motivated & organized

Strong customer service, communication & phone etiquette skills

Some local travel required

HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
