Accounts Payable Specialist We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with strong knowledge of 1099 processing to join our client on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to start immediately. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing. Handle 1099 vendor setup and reporting in compliance with IRS regulations. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments. Collaborate with internal teams to support month-end close and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in Accounts Payable, including 1099 processing. Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
