Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and communicate a compelling overarching vision for Reputation's Platform Experience. Craft a transformative plan aimed at optimizing product delivery to customers and partners.
- Product Management Oversight: Take charge of the Product Management function across underlying technologies including the teams responsible for core services, APIs, credentials, data collectors, marketplace, ticketing systems, as well as the mobile app team. Ensure smooth integration and operational efficiency across all corporate initiatives within the Reputation ecosystem.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a highly collaborative environment by closely engaging with key stakeholders to grasp business needs. Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with company objectives and meet customer expectations. Encourage diverse perspectives from stakeholders and subject matter experts, synthesizing them into a cohesive vision and gaining alignment for strategic plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead and empower a team of product management professionals. Cultivate an environment centered around delivering tangible business value through innovative technology solutions. Demonstrate leadership by encouraging deep domain understanding within the team and proactively developing improvement plans.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Tackle significant challenges such as harmonizing disparate technology systems, driving migrations to new frameworks, and enhancing efficiency within the product and technology organizations. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions to address complex problems.
- Extensive experience in steering product management initiatives within technology-driven companies and leading teams to deliver great features with great process.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crafting and implementing strategic visions for technological products, grounded in a thorough comprehension of present circumstances and future requisites.
- A track record of making well-founded strategic choices concerning both internal and third-party technology products.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration among a diverse array of stakeholders, culminating in successful product outcomes. History of cultivating high-trust relationships through transparent communication channels.
- Experience in guiding and motivating empowered product management teams, directing their efforts toward the delivery of tangible business value.
- BS/BA in a technical field (computer science, engineering, physical science).
- Highly communicative and able to inspire and advocate, internally and externally, with authority
