About the job Fagron Sterile Services (FSS) at their Wichita, KS location is seeking an HR Assistant to perform a variety of HR functions. In this role you will work under the supervision of the HR Business Partner. You will provide daily support to the HR Department, and be a frontline team member with site managers, employees, and site guests. Key Responsibilities Support the FSS Talent Acquisition team by screening resumes, setting up interviews, moving applicants through the onboarding process. Responsible for the administrative follow-up of applicants and/or new hires. Provide support for training with the aim of guaranteeing that trainings are efficiently organized and a correct administrative follow-up is ensured. Correct execution of administrative tasks in order to provide support to the department with the aim of guaranteeing good and efficient administration within the department. Offer operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Development Partner and/or HR Business Partner with the aim of ensuring that HR matters are efficiently managed. Will be the front desk contact and provide support to vendors and visitors as needed while they are onsite. Maintain professional knowledge and technical skills related to HR with the aim of maximizing ones own professional knowledge and applying it in an optimum manner within the organization. Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related. Sourcing & recruiting experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Confident, energetic, and effective with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred. Core Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
