Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HVAC codes and applications and proper electrical and HVAC safety.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates all documentation and permits relating to installation jobs.
  • Verifies the accuracy of all paperwork relating to installation and IAQ jobs.
  • Creation of new tickets for all jobs in Service Titan/dispatch system for crews.
  • Scheduling of installations, inspections, follow-up visits, and permitting needs.
  • Manage installation board and assignments for daily dispatch.
  • Contact customers to confirm all information prior to installation.
  • Contact customers after completion of installation to confirm information for closeout processes and paperwork.
  • Liaise between customers and the installation department to address customer concerns, questions, and logistical coordination.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and warehouse.
  • Follow-Up on parts and warranty paperwork and update tracking.
  • Prepares physical paperwork for installation jobs for teams and customers.
  • Maintain internal calendars for job scheduling, team assignments, and organize accordingly.
  • Serve as point of contact for outside vendors and subcontractors on jobs as needed.
  • Collect, maintains, and submit timesheets by jobs and teams to submit to the installation manager.
  • Communicate with all crews in the field to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and according to J&W 5-star standards.
  • Other administrative and support duties as assigned.
