Here is what you will be doing each day: Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. This will be achieved through site inspections.

Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are completed and documented. Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.

Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel and review competition. Represent hotels at trade shows. Does this sound like you? Minimum two years hotel sales experience working with large groups. Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition.

Can communicate well with guests.

Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner, in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints.

Ability to move throughout the hotel to conduct site inspections. Lifestyle experience strongly preferred.
