In this remote role, you will travel to achieve a sales target and grow the business.In this Regional Sales Manager role, you will receive hands on training and development to be paired with your sales experience, preparing you for a successful career in sales at Wurth USA. We train individuals how to develop relationships, build trust within our business partners and grow a territory through a consultative sales approach. This role will allow you to experience grass root sales and service training in the field, face to face with our customers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Attain and adhere to agreed regional targetsLead, coach, and develop district managers effectivelyConduct ride-a-longs within region as neededCreate and foster a collaborative and motivating team environmentMonthly profile discussions with district mangersManage employee time and attendance, performance, and developmentCreate and maintain productive districts with strategic planningConduct informative quarterly meetings with teamPresent initiatives and strategies effectively to the regionAssist in the interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of new team membersQualifications and Requirements:Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook, etc.)Experience using CRM, such as SAP or SalesforceOrganizational skills in task managementEffective communication and customer management skillsAbility to remain objective in stress situations.High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teamsProduct and sales trainingWurth USA Offers You:Consistent income with strong base and bonusCompany vehicle (contingent on driving record) and fuel expense allowanceMonthly product demo allowanceExtensive in-house training on product, selling technique and usage of Sales Force Automation through company provided iPadExcellent opportunity for career development and advancementComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matchPaid vacations, holiday, and sick time
