Qualifications Preferably one or more years experience in the area they will lead. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Familiarity with Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents. Knowledge of assembly specifications and quality standards. Qualified trainer for typical operations, demonstrating required skills and safety procedures effectively. Review and enforce quality control measures to meet specifications and standards. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and functionality. Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and targets. Monitor workflow and adjust resources for optimized productivity and meeting deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical assembly techniques and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design changes or improvements. Foster a positive work environment emphasizing teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Communicate and direct team members with professionalism and courtesy and maintain a positive "can-do" attitude. Basic knowledge of LN system material transactions. Perform administrative duties assigned by the supervisor, such as preparing and distributing voluntary overtime logs, updating training matrix, and using EtQ for transactions. Proficient in computer skills including email, MS Office applications, and reporting tools. No active written warnings in the six months prior to the job posting under disciplinary or attendance policy
