You feel good about using your skills to help keep our office running efficiently Qualifications For a Customer Service Associate / Dispatcher 2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC industry Ability to learn our products and services Computer literate including familiarity with Excel and Word as well as with smartphones, email, and text messaging A clean, neat, and professional appearance Are you willing to learn and improve your knowledge and skills? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you work well with others? Are you able to manage your time well and prioritize your tasks accordingly?
