Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized, creative, and dynamic professional to join our client's commercial real estate team as a Bilingual Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong background in administration, marketing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the principal broker's schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls

- Assist with internal and external communications, including email drafting and proofreading

- Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, and ensure office supplies and materials are stocked

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries

- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms

- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and videos

- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners on content creation

- Analyze social media metrics and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

- 2+ years of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools

- Basic experience in digital content creation and social media management

- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
