Remote Regional Sales Manager

Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in business, or related field
- Experience in sales in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in selling machinery and capital equipment (CNC and/or WaterJet) dont need hands on, but know how CNC works / who would use it / or sold in the past.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time or less
Day to Day:
We are seeking a driven and results oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, anda a hunger to chase and close new business opportunities.
Managing their book of business. Managing the dealerships in that area not cold calling. Flex sells their products to dealerships then they sell to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Act as the Flex product line expert for dealer and customers in your region
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Manage our dealer networks
Additional Information:
- Base salary of 80k - plus commission - encompassing around $130-150k
- 3 weeks vacation and 1 personal / sick week after 90 days
