Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Service Administrative Associate to support our Seattle and Southern California offices. You play a critical role in our firm as the first point of contact for our clients by answering inbound calls, responding to their inquiries, and processing customer requests.In addition, you are a key team player in planning, participating, and following up on client financial management and financial planning reviews. We are looking for a qualified, dynamic individual who is seeking a wealth advisory career path.Ideally this person would be interested in progressing toward a financial advisory role.The ideal candidate demonstrates superior problem resolution skills, the ability to effectively influence others and use of consultative skills to enrich the customer experience.You should be technological savvy, detail oriented and comfortable with learning how to use new tools and new investment products.You should have a broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts and proven customer service and client support. A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism is required in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position requires a physical presence in our South Lake Union office during business hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.Up to 10% domestic travel may be required. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls. Scheduling and confirming client and vendor appointments. Coordinating meeting logistics, when appropriate (e.g., parking, meals, transportation, etc.). Processing new accounts, account transfers, money requests and product applications such as REITs, life insurance and annuity applications. Assisting in gathering client financial planning information. Working with clients and advisors to address questions and resolve action items. Executing follow-up calls with clients and vendors. Preparing client correspondence. Preparing and attending client appointments. Entering information in our internal records, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and financial planning software. Executing other general administrative duties. Assisting in client event planning. Basic Qualifications: College four-year business degree or equivalent. Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Zoom. We provide all the training you need to study for your FINRA licensing exams during your initial six months. In addition, we will help support additional licensing such as CFP, CFA
