Primary Responsibilities for Complex Client Engagements:

  • Collaborate with the lead advisor to oversee the client service experience, manage deliverables, and coordinate with the service team and external providers.
  • Prepare tailored client deliverables, including customized cash flow analyses and specialized financial reports as requested.
  • Conduct analysis on special projects to identify optimal solutions for clients, and develop presentation materials to effectively communicate recommendations.
  • Organize and prepare for client meetings by creating agendas, updating task lists, and participating in team discussions, while documenting meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.

Key Responsibilities for Less Complex Client Engagements:

  • Deliver exceptional service and strategic consulting to assigned client families, ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on financial planning, including cash flow management, charitable giving, wealth transfer strategies, risk management, and tax planning.
  • Oversee the client service experience and manage the client team, assigning tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare for client meetings by convening team discussions, reviewing outstanding tasks, and assigning roles for effective collaboration.
  • Engage in prospect meetings to assess potential clients' needs and develop tailored strategies for presentations.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Consultant or in a similar capacity.
  • CFP designation is mandatory.
  • Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic.
  • Exemplary ethical standards and adherence to industry regulations.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is USD $107,146-171,155 per year. This range reflects various factors considered in compensation decisions, including experience, skills, and educational background.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment, which may involve prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position requires onsite work for four days each week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
  • Willingness to sign Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
